Liberty Safety Company provides experienced safety professionals to support construction, mission-critical, data center construction, industrial, government, and high-risk projects across the United States. Based in Dallas, Texas, we help contractors and project owners fill critical safety positions with professionals who understand the demands of the field and the importance of keeping work safe, compliant, and productive.

Whether you need short-term coverage, long-term project support, or help building an entire safety team, Liberty Safety Company can provide professionals matched to your project requirements, schedule, and work environment.

• Site Safety Technicians
• Project Safety Assistants
• Site Safety Coordinators
• Site Safety Managers
• Site Safety and Health Officers (SSHOs)
• BCSP-certified professionals, including CHSTs, ASPs, and CSPs
• Quality Control and project support personnel when required

We understand that safety staffing is about more than filling a position. The right safety professional must be able to communicate with craft employees, work with project leadership, understand site requirements, and maintain the standards expected by owners and general contractors.

Our staffing solutions can support data centers and mission-critical facilities, commercial and industrial construction, federal and government projects, mechanical and electrical contractors, manufacturing environments, healthcare construction, and other complex worksites.

Every project is different. Some clients need temporary coverage for a few weeks, while others need dedicated safety professionals for the life of a project. Liberty Safety Company can support short-term assignments, long-term placements, project-based staffing, additional coverage during peak activity, and multi-site staffing needs.

We work with our clients to understand the scope of work, required qualifications, expected schedule, certifications, and project-specific requirements before identifying candidates.

We focus on professionals with real-world field experience and qualifications appropriate for the work they will be supporting. Depending on the position and project requirements, candidates may hold OSHA training, EM 385-1-1 qualifications, BCSP certifications, competent-person training, first aid/CPR credentials, and other industry-specific certifications.

Our goal is to provide more than a résumé. We want to connect our clients with professionals who can step onto a project, become part of the team, and contribute to a strong safety culture.

Liberty Safety Company is based in Dallas, Texas, with the capability to support projects throughout Texas and across the United States. Whether your project is local to DFW or located across the country, we can help you identify the safety talent needed to keep your project moving.

We believe successful staffing starts with understanding the project. Our team brings safety experience, industry knowledge, and a practical understanding of what contractors need from field safety personnel.

We are committed to providing responsive communication, qualified candidates, flexible staffing options, and professionals who represent both Liberty Safety Company and our clients with integrity and professionalism.
